We have many years experience of organizing bridal fayres in the Staffordshire area and now have three prestigious venues, Weston Hall is a beautiful 15th century mansion house set in scenic countryside,  The Roman Way Hotel is decorated in a Roman style with lots of marble features and is situated on the A5 close to both junctions 11 and 12 of the M6.  All these venues are popular for weddings and receptions and as we know from experience, brides are not only visiting the event to see exhibitors, but also to look at the venue itself and less popular venues attract fewer visitors.

STAND PRICES

The Roman Way Hotel is £75 per stand and Weston Hall is £85 per stand which includes one or two 6ft tables and electricity if required

We are a non-profit making organization and all revenue received from exhibitors goes towards great advertising which comprises half-page adverts in the local newspapers, advertising on this website and our wedding cake website and also on many other wedding websites, and we are also on Googlemap.  We also have banners outside the venue for a week or more and on the day of the bridal fayre we display road signs around the area of the venue.

Stands are based on 6ft tables and exhibitors can choose how many tables they require. Round tables are also available at all venues.  We give exhibitors plenty of room and do not limit them to one table.

Some brides do order from websites, but we all know only too well that sometimes they are disappointed with the quality of the goods when they are received. With bridal fayres, the brides can see the quality of the goods they are ordering and many brides prefer to meet the people they are dealing with.  We also find that exhibitors interact with each other and recommend other companies that they have met at bridal fayres.
